A valorização do ser humano é um dos nossos pilares estratégicos. Nossa história faz parte da vida de muitas pessoas, que através da nossa empresa tiveram a oportunidade de crescer, estudar e melhorar sua renda. Isso porque nós já nascemos com uma função social: gerar mais empregos para o município de Goianésia/GO. Um momento histórico foi o início da produção do látex possibilitou a realocação da mão de obra dispensada com a evolução da colheita mecanizada.

Support to Goianésia Esporte Clube, maintenance of sports infrastructure and football schools for children and adolescents, with the aim of promoting the practice of sport.

Relationship with Customers

We ensure the quality and safety of products that reach our customers through important external validations and recognitions. We build a path that complements the culture rooted in our employees and the opinion of customers about this internal culture.

In the satisfaction survey and B2B, we achieved 70% positive perception, allowing a comparative framework in relation to our previous performance and ensuring the monitoring of our relationship with customers. With international customers, the approval was 86%, with product quality being the most praised characteristic.

Relationship with Suppliers

We have an evaluation criterion that shows our commitment to continuous improvements, since it is through it that we also preserve our relationship with the community around us, strengthening micro and small businesses. None of our suppliers was identified as causing a negative impact, according to social and environmental impact evaluations.

The principle of our relationships is that suppliers, customers and employees have aligned values, not tolerating slave labor, child labor, human trafficking or any exploitative practice. Any requirement that is not met can be used to break off the relationship with a particular supplier.

Jalles Machado Foundation

The Jalles Machado Foundation is maintained by Jalles S/A and Grupo Otávio Lage companies, and aims to offer a good level of education to employees and their families, through knowledge and citizenship. It is a private foundation with no profit motive that values and implements educational and cultural initiatives.

We have a practice of democratic education, with integration between parents, children and the community. This is because we understand the importance of social and affective development being properly aligned, being the main goal of our unit. We work with the programmatic contents provided by the State Education Council, with all actions being subject to periodic evaluations.
