Ownership Structure

Jalles Machado S.A. is controlled by the Otávio Lage group, one of the most traditional agricultural operators in Brazil and one of the largest landowners in the state of Goiás.

The group has engaged in activities related to land since 1940. In addition to its sugar, ethanol and energy operations, the Group operates in the cattle, latex and urbanization segments.
